WESTFIELD CENTER, OHIO – April 30, 2008 – Diane Weidrick has been appointed to executive, commercial lines services. Her leadership responsibilities will include managing the lifecycle of Westfield’s commercial and specialty lines insurance policies, including policy issuance, renewal, endorsement and audit.

“I am very excited about the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated people who provide excellent service to Westfield’s agents and customers,” said Weidrick.

Weidrick joined Westfield in 2002 as a project manager where she led the start-up of the commercial lines insurance operation into Virginia in 2003. She was later promoted to program manager in 2004 where she was responsible for leading the commercial lines change program and Westfield's processing system.

Prior to joining Westfield, Diane was a manager at Accenture, a global management consulting and technology services firm, where she managed the development and deployment of eCommerce solutions at several large companies. She has also held several technology and management positions at Roadway Express, an Akron-based trucking company.

Weidrick earned her associate degree in Data Processing and bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from The University of Akron. She also earned a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College in 1997. In addition to the degrees she holds, Weidrick also earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2005, completed project management certification from the Project Management Institute in 1997 and received the “Competent Toastmaster” award in 1998.

With her family, Weidrick currently resides in Bath Township, Ohio.
